Can Barkan mounts be installed on all types of walls?

After completing mount installation and assembly of an LCD screen, the screen is not upright. How can I stand the screen upright?

In the assembly instructions, there is an instruction: Max 9, Min 2 with a circular arrow and exclamation mark. What does this mean?

Does the product packaging include all accessories required for installation?
The LCD mount screen tilting mechanism (Models 31- 35) is loose and the screen does not remain fixed in the desired position.
The LCD mount screen tilting mechanism (Models 31- 35) is too tight, making it too hard, or impossible to tilt the screen to the desired position.
In Model 34, while rotating the screen, the screen tends to shift and no longer remains parallel to the floor.
